An appointment is confirmed only after the website displays a booking reference. Please keep that reference and contact the salon if any booking detail appears incorrect.

Service times are estimates. Prices marked “starting at” are not final quotes and may change based on the requested style, hair, products, options, and work required. Payment is made in person at the salon; this website does not collect deposits or online payments.

Cancellation and rescheduling requests are accepted by phone. To change or cancel an appointment, or if you expect to arrive late, call the salon as soon as possible at 519-636-3973. Any new appointment time is subject to availability.

A $10 cancellation fee applies when an appointment is cancelled less than 72 hours before its scheduled start time. Late arrivals are charged $1 for each minute after the scheduled start time.

There is currently no separate no-show fee.

When you book, DEPOSH collects your name, email address, phone number, selected service and options, appointment date and time, and any optional notes you provide. Administrative login and basic technical request data may also be processed to operate and protect the website.

Please do not include sensitive medical, financial, identity-document, or payment-card information in appointment notes. Payment is handled in person and card information is not requested through this website.

Information is used to schedule and manage appointments, contact you about your appointment when necessary, prevent duplicate or abusive bookings, notify the salon owner, maintain business records, and protect the website. It is not sold or rented and is not used for promotional email or text messages without separate permission.

The website uses Supabase for database, authentication, and image storage; Vercel for website hosting; and Resend to send booking notifications to the salon owner. These providers process information on DEPOSH’s behalf and may process or store it outside Ontario or Canada, where it can be subject to the laws of that location.

Personal information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for appointment management, business records, legal requirements, dispute handling, and security. When it is no longer required, it should be securely deleted or anonymized.

DEPOSH uses access controls and technical safeguards intended to limit unauthorized access. No internet or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Customers do not need an account. The website does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. Essential authentication cookies are used when an administrator signs in to the private dashboard.

You may ask about, access, or request correction of your personal information, or withdraw consent where legally permitted. Some information may still need to be retained for legal or legitimate business purposes.

Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Terms that materially affect an existing appointment will not be applied retroactively without appropriate notice and agreement.
